Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content transmitted through ZuluKey infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to legal@zulukey.com containing all of the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of the specific content you believe is infringing and its location
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Response Timeline

We will respond to properly submitted DMCA notices within 14 business days. Please note that ZuluKey is an ephemeral relay service — content is automatically deleted after retrieval. In many cases, the content in question may no longer exist on our systems by the time a notice is received.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@zulukey.com. Counter-notices must comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
