What counts as a "receive"?
Every time someone successfully retrieves a one-time code on your account counts as one receive. Expired or failed attempts do not count.
What happens when I hit 500 receives on Professional?
You'll get an email alert at 80% (400 receives). At 500, you can choose to block additional receives or continue at $0.20 per receive. You set this preference in your account settings.
Is there a free trial?

How is my data handled?
ZuluKey is designed to delete shared content after retrieval or expiration. Audit logs contain only metadata — never the content itself. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no system can guarantee absolute protection. Users are responsible for evaluating whether ZuluKey meets their specific requirements before use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. No cancellation fees. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.
Do senders (my customers) need an account?
No. Your customers share info with zero friction — no account, no app, no setup. They just visit the URL, fill in their info, and get a 6-letter code to read to you.
